Regulations of Facilities

General Regulations

  1. All users must strictly comply with the safety rules

  2. Please take care of your personal belongings at all times, valuable items are not reco-mmended to bring&nb sp;in. Archers Gate will not  be held liable for any lost, stolen or damag-ed personal property and belonging brought into our premises

  3. Please sign in before using any facilities

  4. Unauthorized commercial activities is prohibited 

  5. Illegal acts shall not be conducted

  6. If the facility is closed due to "Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Red or Black Rainstor m Warning”being hoisted within 2  ;hours of the starting time of booking, target fee will be refunded

  7. Children aged below 12 must be accompanied by an adult attendant (e.g. parent or guardian) to conduct&n bsp;archery activity. (while nonshooting parent /guardian is counted as field user and he/she will be exempted from any charges) 

  8. Adult attendant will assume full responsibility and liability for their children while on the premises.

  9. Children are required to provide proof of age (e.g. HK Juvenile Identity Card, Passport) for checking upon  sign in.

  10. Archers Gate reserve the right of decision of rearranging the targets and target faces

  11. Please do not use the field tools and equipments unless permitted and supervised by o-ur field supervisor.  ;

  12. User is responsible for if his/her owns equipment condition is being suitable and safe t-o use. Archers&n bsp;Gate will not be held  liable for any damage made to visitors' equipment

  13. No dangerous action shall be conducted.

  14. Please do not disturb any other person.

  15. No Alcohol and No Smoking

  16. Anyone who violates the above condition would be warned. 

  17. Offense may result in termination of shooting. 

  18. Paid fee will not be refunded for such.

  19. Archers Gate reserves the rights to claim for any damage made to our equipment and furnishings

  20. Archers Gate reserves the right to expel any persons from our shooting range at the sol-e discretion of  field supervisor

  21. Archers Gate reserves the right to amend the above terms from time to time without furt-her notice

  22. Archers Gate reserves the right of interpretation the above terms
